These terms govern your use of Track My Boat, operated by Incanus Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them.
Track My Boat lets you record and share the location of boats you own. It is provided for convenience and must not be relied upon for navigation or safety of life. Always use proper charts, and appropriate safety equipment.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. You must verify your email address before creating a boat.
Pro is £12 per year and renews automatically until cancelled. Payment is taken by Stripe or PayPal. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Don't use the service unlawfully, don't track people or vessels you don't have permission to track, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Incanus Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
