These terms govern your use of Track My Boat, operated by Incanus Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 14340203) whose registered office is 21 Front Street, Pontefract, England, WF8 1DA. Our VAT registration number is GB 479 6149 37. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Track My Boat lets you record and share the location of boats you own. It is provided for convenience and must not be relied upon for navigation or safety of life. Always use proper charts, and appropriate safety equipment.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. You must verify your email address before creating a boat.
We remove accounts that are never used. If you have not added a boat, connected with a friend, saved a waypoint or subscribed within 30 days of signing up, we will email you a warning and then delete the account and its data. Using the account in any of those ways keeps it indefinitely.
Pro is £14.40 per year, including VAT at 20% (£12.00 plus £2.40 VAT). We email you a VAT receipt for every payment.
Payment is by bank transfer through Wise. This is a one-off payment for one year — it does not renew automatically, and we will email you before it ends so you can renew if you want to. Where a card or PayPal subscription is offered, that one does renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time with access continuing to the end of the paid period.
You have 14 days from the day you subscribe to change your mind. Because Pro starts as soon as we've confirmed your payment — which you agree to when you subscribe — we'll refund what you paid less a proportionate amount for the time you had access. Email sales@incanus.uk within those 14 days to cancel.
After 14 days we do not refund partial periods except where required by law. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Track My Boat is sold to customers in the United Kingdom only.
Don't use the service unlawfully, don't track people or vessels you don't have permission to track, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Incanus Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
